Some of my earliest memories are of a crowded, multi-generational table: laughter layered over stories, the easy rhythm of passing plates, and the small, joyful moments that shaped our family over time.

Plateful Pasta is rooted in that feeling. It reflects the grains and traditions my family carried from Puglia, and how they’ve evolved across generations in the United States.

This is pasta shaped with intention, grounded in the labor of the women who came before us, whose work was often unseen but deeply foundational. Their influence lives on in every batch: in the care, the precision, and the quiet pride of doing something well.

We work with thoughtfully sourced grains, sometimes single-origin, sometimes blended with exceptional small-batch flours grown here in the U.S.: a conversation between past and present, place and place. Old-world techniques, carried forward with local roots.

Plateful Pasta is about more than tradition—it’s about celebrating joy, gratitude, and a sense of play at the table.

Food should invite curiosity, encourage gathering, and deliver a meal that feels deeply nourishing and complete.
